This Saturday, former head chef of Liquid Laundry and all-round badass Sean Jorgensen will be transforming Donghu Lu's Bonobo into the DIRRTY DIRRTY.
The first of Social Supply's Beats + Bites events happening from now throughout September (tagline: 'Where the rules don't bend and the beats don't end'), expect a 'Rib Fest' accompanied by 'old skool' hip hop from China Social Club's PCJ. "Grilled out nicely..(oh) in our white tees..(oh). Let me see ya grill."
Menu highlights include Nashville Hot Fried Chicken and Mac Waffles, Dr. Pepper BBQ Pork Ribs, Banana Peanut Butter Cream Pies, and bacon. Mmmm baccccon.
